Thanks — Your Quote Request Is In

Your quote request has been submitted. We’re matching you with carriers in our vetted network right now. You should start hearing from them within 15 minutes to a few hours, by email or phone.

What to expect in the next few hours

  1. First contact — within 15–60 minutes. Usually by phone from a dispatcher at one of our vetted broker partners (AutoStar, RoadRunner, Sherpa, AmeriFreight, or Easy Auto Ship, depending on your route). They’ll confirm your route and give you a live quote.
  2. Follow-up quotes — within a few hours. Other carriers in your lane will email or call with their own quotes. Typically 3–5 total.
  3. Compare & choose. Pick the quote that fits your route, timeline, and budget. You’re not obligated to accept any of them.
  4. Book direct with the carrier. The carrier you choose sends a booking contract. Read it, sign it, pay the deposit (usually $100–$200, refundable until dispatch).

Tips while you wait

  • Keep your phone handy. First-to-call usually wins, and the best quotes come from dispatchers who can talk through your specific lane.
  • Ask each carrier: “Is this price locked, or will it change at dispatch?” Some brokers hold quotes; others reprice. Our Sherpa review explains the price-lock model.
  • Verify FMCSA authority before paying a deposit. Every legitimate carrier has a USDOT number you can look up on safer.fmcsa.dot.gov. If the authority is “Inactive” or “Pending” walk.
  • Photograph your vehicle at pickup. Every panel, every angle. This is the single most important thing you can do if a damage claim ever happens.

Didn’t hear from anyone?

Rare, but it happens on very thin rural-to-rural lanes or during peak snowbird weeks. If 24 hours have passed with no carrier contact, email [email protected] with your route and we’ll route you manually.
